Jason has over 15 years experience as a producer, cinematographer, and editor. After studying film and video production at the Rochester Institute of Technology, Jason worked professionally in New York City as a production assistant on several music videos, commercials and films featuring such artists as Mariah Carey and Jesse Powell, and directors, Hype Williams and Spike Lee.

Jason independently produced, photographed and edited several feature films, one of which, Do or Die, was distributed worldwide through Maverick Entertainment, Blockbuster Video and Hollywood Video. Jason formed J Young Media, and began producing successful video campiagns for several corporate, non-profit and educational clients.

Jessica has over a decade of experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns for educational, non-profit and community based agencies. She is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina, and her passion for communication was produced at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where she obtained her Undergraduate Degree in Organizational Communication. She continued her education at Strayer University, where she received her Master's Degree in Educational Leadership.
